families & children
Family sessions are so fun! From immediate families to extended families, no two sessions are ever the same, except for the fact that I always enjoy them. I run these sessions as a mix of portrait and lifestyle, just like my newborn and maternity sessions. There will be posed images where I ask everyone to look at me and smile, but there will mostly be prompts aimed at getting everyone to laugh, play and enjoy each other, as when families are having fun together, I get the best, most genuine emotions and moments to capture. My hope is that we leave the session with images that will help you to remember this time in your lives. How you laughed and loved together. The cowlick that will not sit down, the crooked smile, the belly laughs, the way your children hug you, their grandparents or each other. I still love to look back through old family photos, and I hope that I am able to create images for your family that you will love to look through for generations to come.
